The End

Postby Dennis » Wed Mar 03, 2010 9:25 am

I think we have seen the last performances of Mott The Hoople. Just my opinion of course and I hope I'm wrong but I think with Buffins health issues and Petes seeming reluctance that may have been it. I'm glad I got to see it.

It might have been the last time the 5 originals perform together (due to Buff's health),but it wouldn't surprise me to see interaction between the rest of them

It would be nice Ray but I see them all retired within the next 5 years with Pete going first and Ian second.

It's possible you will see two or three of them together but I am predicting you won't see 5 or even 4. Just a feeling I have. Ian and Verden seem interested in still creating new music. Buffin as we know has medical issues and Ralpher seems content to rehash his MTH/Bad Company years so he is probably a go The wild card is Pete who seems to want to return to a private life. So we could see Allen, Hunter and Ralphs IF Hunter or Allen aren't working on solo projects. I see Hunter retiring in 3 or 4 year, if not sooner. Hunters next album will be his last.

There's always a possibility of Ian,Mick,Verden and Pete writing together.Modern technology allows them to do it from afar
